Prior to our arrival, we request that all personal property be removed from your vehicle. Please remove all your personal property to the best of your ability. Glove boxes and other personal storage spaces will not be cleaned if they are not emptied.
Payment is due at the completion of your service. Refusal or failure to pay for your service invalidates any redo services or discounts and further action will be at the sole discretion of K-Town Detailing.
Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray or any other hazardous materials voids our service agreement. No refunds, redos, or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate.
If K-Town Detailing considers your vehicle in state which requires additional service beyond the chosen package, you will be informed of any additional charges before any service is performed.
K-Town Detailing cannot wait more than 15 minutes after we have arrived for the service; failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service voids our service agreement.
