This is my first time getting my car detailed, what should I do? 

-Remove any personal items from your vehicle, I'll take care of the rest. Park it in the shade (if possible).  

How long will my detail take?

 -Depending on the cleanliness of your vehicle, between 2-4 hours for sedans and 3-5 hours for van, third row, and extended cab vehicles. Note: these times are estimates and time frames can depend heavily on the condition of the vehicle.  

What is included in my interior detail? 

-I start off with a thorough vacuum of the interior, followed by a shampoo of all fabric and carpeted surfaces. I clean and sanitize all door panels, dash, and other interior areas such as leather seats; then clean the interior and exterior windows and finish with a UV protectant over the dashboard and door panels.  

Do you use my electricity to power your vacuum and other appliances? 

-I do not need your power, but having access to a standard power outlet is helpful when charging some smaller appliances that I use. Otherwise, I run a very quiet generator that supplies my larger appliances with power.   

If my car is just plain gross, will you still clean it? 

-I can and will decline service without judgment if I do not feel safe cleaning the interior of your car. Please contact me first if you have any doubts. More than likely I will clean it, but there will be an upcharge for excessively dirty vehicles.  

What if the weather is bad? 

-Severe weather will most likely result in a rescheduling of the appointment. If it is possible for me to use your garage or other covered structure then I would happily uphold the appointment. I will have my own canopy cover for less severe weather.   

Will you clean my car if I am at work or not at home? 

-Yes. Please include any relevenat information during the booking process.
